BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors that between 13.04.2023 – 12.05.2023 , insiders who have access to privileged information according with FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations(EU) no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) are prohibited to carry out transactions on their account or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, related to shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments of the Company.
The blackout period occurs due to the fact that on 12 May 2023 the Company will publish the quarterly financial report.
