BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the Market on the allocation of free shares to the persons with management responsibilities within the Issuer’s group, according to the EGMS Decision no. 2 of April 27, 2021.
The free shares were allocated in a ratio of 6 new BNET shares for every 10 held on the registration date, July 21, 2021, for the benefit of all the Issuer’s shareholders, and the payment date was July 22, 2021.
