(hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors that between 12.10.2023 – 10.11.2023 persons who have access to privileged information within the meaning of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments. The closed period occurs as a result of the fact that on 10.11.2023 Bittnet Group will publish the quarterly report for 3 quarters of 2023.
