BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs the investors that it will pay 2nd coupon relating to BNET26E bonds on 30.06.2023. The payment of the coupon will be made through the Central Depository and the T2S system to bondholders registered on the reference date 16.06.2023 to the account of participants in the RoClear system. The interest rate is fixed at 9% per year and the coupon is in amount of EUR 2.25 gross/bond. The bonds issued by BITTNET SYSTEMS SA are traded within the Main Market – Bucharest Stock Exchange, starting with 07.03.2023, under the symbol BNET26E.
