BITTNET SYSTEMS SA (referred to as the Company / Issuer / Group) informs investors about a significant contract signed by Dendrio Solutions SRL (part of the Cloud& Infrastructure business unit of the Group). The contract worth 11 million ron (without VAT) is a framework agreement type, without the client’s obligation to reach the maximum amount and the total value is given by the maximum amount of equipment to be ordered by the beneficiary on the basis of subsequent contracts. The beneficiary is a public sector client – national defense field. The object of the contract is to provide IT equipments (videoconference terminals) with a period of 48 months from signing, until February 2028.
