BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors about selling of own shares according to EGMS Decision no. 18 of April 27th, 2023.
Thus, 9,246,219 BNET shares were sold at the price of 0.31 ron/share in 4 deal transactions, between January 04th 2024 – January 10th 2024.
As a result, the Issuer obtain RON 2,866,327.89. A number of 981 BNET shares were sold on the spot market, following these transactions the Issuer no longer holds treasury shares.
