BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that during the period: 21st April 2025 – 25th April 2025 no redemption were carried out within the buyback program, approved by the EGMS Decision no. 04 from 25th April 2024 and the Board of Directors Decision of August 06th, 2024.
Thus, the total number of shares bought by the Issuer, from the beginning of the program to the present day remains 5,369,000 BNET shares, threshold reached at the end of the week: February 10th – February 14th 2025.
