BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “The Issuer” / “The Group”) informs the investors that during 23th December 2024 – 27th December 2024 no BNET shares transactions were carried out regarding the buyback program, approved by the EGMS Decision no. 04 from April 25th, 2024 and the Board of Directors Decision of August 06th, 2024.
Thus, the total number of shares bought by the Issuer, from the beginning of the program to the present date, remains 4,000,000 BNET shares, a threshold reached at the end of 09-13 December week.
