BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors about validation of candidacies for the Board of Directors of the Issuer – considering the elections to fill the vacant positions, elections that will take place during the General Meeting of Shareholders on 21.10.2025. We list the proposals received by the Issuer, as follows:
- Marketing Expert Consulting SRL, a Romanian company headquartered in Bucharest, Sector 6, Splaiul Independentei, No. 319H, London Building, Office no. 3, floor 15, CUI 17353716, represented by Mr. TUDOR ADINEL (https://ro.linkedin.com/in/adinel ) a Romanian citizen residing in Bucharest. The proposal was made by Mr. Logofatu Cristian, shareholder and co-founder of the Issuer;
- Mr. LOGOFĂTU CRISTIAN ION (https://ro.linkedin.com/in/cristilogo80 ), Romanian citizen residing in Bucharest, shareholder and co-founder of the Issuer – self-proposal ;
- Ms. MĂNIȚIU ANCA (https://ro.linkedin.com/in/anca-manitiu ), Romanian citizen residing in Bucharest. Proposal was made by the Alternative Investment Company with Private Capital AGISTA INVESTMENTS S.A. as a shareholder of the Issuer;
