Forecasts Policy

• The Issuer will provide information according to the possibility of realization of financial forecast in each quarterly report.
• The Issuer will publish a current report with adjustments to the financial forecasts if at least one of the forecasted items is different by at least 20% from the items included in the forecast.

Dividend Policy

• General Shareholders Meeting annually adopts the resolution regarding the allocation of profits. However, the Issuer intention is not to pay out the dividends in the next two financial years (from the profits for the year 2015 and 2016).
