(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that between 01.05.2025 – 30.05.2025 insiders who have access to privileged information within the meaning of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own account or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments.
The closed period occurs as a result of the fact that on 30.05.2025 the Company will publish the report related to the quarterly financial results, Q1 2025.
