(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that between 30.10.2025 – 29.11.2025 persons who have access to privileged information according to FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments.
The closed trading period occurs as a result that on 28.11.2025 Bittnet group will publish the report on the financial results for 3Q 2025.
