BNET26E is the first issue of corporate bonds of the Bittnet group denominated in EUR. The issue consists of 20,596 registered, dematerialized, non-convertible, non-guaranteed bonds, with a nominal value of 100 EUR / bond and an annual interest of 9%, payable quarterly through the Central Depository and the T2S system.

As part of the offer, 20,596 bonds were subscribed by 53 investors, individuals, legal and professional investors. The amount raised following this offer is 1,961,144 EUR.

The capital raised was used to repay the principal of the BNET23C bond issue, as well as partially finance the acquisition of Dataware Consulting, an integrator of IT&C products and services that will join the Cloud & Infrastructure segment of the Technology Division of the Bittnet Group.
