BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs the investors that, during the period from October 29th 2026, to November 27th 2026, individuals with access to inside information (within the meaning of ASF Regulation no. 5/2018, Law no. 24/2017, and EU Regulations no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 regarding market abuse) are prohibited from conducting transactions, either on their own behalf or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, involving the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities, or other financial instruments.
This closed period is in effect because Bittnet Group is scheduled to publish its quarterly financial results for 3Q 2026 on November 27th, 2026.
