(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors that during the period: 30.07.2026 – 28.08.2026, persons who have access to privileged information within the meaning of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations (EU) no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (regarding market abuse) are not entitled to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments of the Issuer.
The closed period occurs as a result of the fact that on 28.08.2026 Bittnet will publish the report on the semi-annual financial results: 1st Semester 2026.
