BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about signing of a significant contract in the area of the Education pillar of the group. The contract is worth RON 15.9 million (without VAT) representing approximately 150% of the turnover generated by the Education pillar in 2024 and 4% of the consolidated turnover, at the entire Bittnet group level, last year. The beneficiary is a public sector client.
The object of this contract is providing of training services in the field of cybersecurity within the project “Ensuring cyber protection for public IT&C infrastructures, as well as for private ones with critical valences for national security”. The implementation period is 7 months from the signing. The project is financed by the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR), component C7, Digital Transformation.
