(referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about the annual event dedicated to investors and members of the capital market community in Romania: Bittnet Investor Day, which will take place on April 15th, 2025, starting 2:00 p.m. at the Company’s headquarters in One Cotroceni Park building – address: Str. Progresului no. 1, building B, 4th floor, Bucharest. This year, the event coincides with the celebration of 10 years since the company’s listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
The event is addressed to all interested parties – shareholders, bondholders, individual and institutional investors, analysts, press.
