BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors of the changes made to the financial calendar for periodic financial reports (relating to the financial results of the 1st quarter and the 3rd quarter) as follows:
- May 30, 2025: Financial results for 1st quarter, 2025
- November 28, 2025: Financial results for 3rd quarter, 2025
The two reporting dates were chosen according to the amendments at Law 24/2017, regarding the form and deadlines in which the issuers may prepare and publish periodic financial reports, respectively within a maximum period of 60 days from the end of the 1st quarter and/or the 3rd quarter.
The Issuer has chosen to postpone the two dates of the periodic reports, for the quarterly reports of 2025 financial year, considering the new reporting form imposed by the legislative amendments to Law 24. The extension of the period is necessary in order to ensure enough time for the preparation of quarterly reports related to the consolidated financial statements in the new format.
