BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “The Issuer” / “The Group”) informs the shareholders about the supplement of the (revolving-overdraft ceiling) credit line contracted by TopTech SRL from BRD – Groupe Société Générale. Thus, the credit limit was increased from a maximum ceiling of RON 6 million to RON 10 million. The credit product can be used both for non-cash withdrawals in order to issue letters of bank guarantee, and with also cash in order to finance the working capital and current activity of TopTech and current and future projects. The lending and guarantee conditions remained unchanged, the period of use is 12 months with the possibility of extension and the interest rate is ROBOR 3M+1.5% per year, calculated on the balance used from the loan.
