BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” / “The Issuer” / “The Group”) informs investors about a clarification regarding the further destination of treasury shares, acquired by the Company as a result of the buyback program started on August 7th , 2024: Thus, the shares redeemed under this program will be canceled by the Issuer.
The share buyback program is carried out in accordance with Decision no. 04 of April 25, 2024 of the EGMS and the Decision of the Board of Directors from August 6th , 2024. The issuer informs the investors about the status and number of redeemed shares, through current reports published weekly on the BSE news feeds.
