BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the “Company” or the “Issuer”) informs the shareholders about a significant contract signed by TopTech SRL (a company part of the Digital Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet group).
The contract amount is RON 7.87 million without VAT and involves delivery and installation of IT equipments for a data center together with software products and other types of IT&C equipment. The beneficiary is a higher education institution and the duration of the project is 120 days.
TopTech is part of the Digital Infrastructure pillar of Bittnet group, together with Dendrio Solutions, Dataware Consulting, Optimizor (formerly ITPrepared) and 2Net Computer.
