BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the Company / the Issuer / the Group) informs about the decision to admit to trading for BNET28 bond issue, decision received from the Bucharest Stock Exchange: the first trading day for BNET28 bonds will be Friday 02.02.2024.
The BNET28 issue consists of 100,000 unsecured corporate bonds with a total nominal value of RON 10,000,000 with an interest rate of 9.6% payable quarterly through the Central Depository. The issue was made following a public offer that took place in December 2023.
