Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs shareholders about closing the overdraft credit line in amount of RON 1,000,000 with Patria Bank. The overdraft credit line had a maturity of 1 year (until 16.02.2018) with possibility of renewal and was use for financing current activity. With this operation, the Company releases the guarantees for this banking product.
