BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about an Amendment to the Universal Registration Document published on 28.04.2023 on the BSE news feeds and on its own website.

The Universal Registration Document was amended with the updated information about the Issuer and the group to which it belongs, considering that several reporting periods have passed since its initial publication until now.

The Issuer intends to use this Document as part of a future prospectus for a public offer of corporate bonds. We attach to this current report, the Amendment as well as the updated and consolidated form of the Universal Registration Document.
