BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors about the signing of a significant contract by Dataware Consulting, a company part of Bittnet Group, which exceeds in value 10% of the previous year’s individual turnover.
The framework agreement has a duration of 2 years (until September 2025) is worth RON 7,149,993.62 and the beneficiary is a public sector client. The agreement provides storage equipments, installation and configuration.
Dataware Consulting joined Bittnet group in May 2023 and is part of the Cloud & Infrastructure pillar together with Dendrio Solutions, Top Tech, 2Net Computer and Optimizor.
