(hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer” / “Group”) informs investors that between 27.07.2023 – 25.08.2023 insiders within the meaning of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations (EU) no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, with the Issuer’s shares, bonds, debt securities or other financial instruments. The closed period occurs as a result that on 25.08.2023 the Group will publish the report on financial results for 1st Semester 2023.
