BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” / “Issuer”) informs  investors and interested parties about the publication of the consolidated and individual financial results, unaudited, related to June 30, 2022, together with the Semi-Annual Report.

The report includes the Letter from the CEO, detailing the structure of the Group and the two Divisions, Education and Technology, the activities during the first semester, as well as the analysis and presentation of the financial results in the annualized perspective (TTM – trailing 12 months) in line with the vision of the Group’s results on medium and long term.

Key elements HY 2022:

Total consolidated revenues increased by 45% in 1H 2022, compared to the same period last year, reaching the value of RON 69.9 million. The gross margin generated at the Group level stood at RON 17.8 million on June 30, an increase of 69% vs. H1 2021, and the operational profit reached RON 3.59 million in the reporting period (+241% vs. H1 2021).

On an individual level, the Issuer’s revenues stood at RON 7.59 million (+21% vs H1 2021), the gross margin increased to RON 4.17 million (+54% vs H1 2021) and the gross profit at RON 4.68 million (+134% vs H1 2021).
