(hereinafter referred to as “Company” / “Issuer”) informs investors that between 28.07.2022 – 26.08.2022 the shareholders who have the insider status according to Regulation no. 5/2018, Law 24/2017, as well as Regulations (EU) no. 522/2016 and no. 596/2014 (relating to Market abuse) do not have the right to carry out transactions in their own name or on behalf of a third party, directly or indirectly, related to the Company’s shares, bonds, debt instruments or other derivative instruments. The closed period occurs as a result of the fact that on 26.08.2022 the Company will publish the Report related to HY financial results.
