BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the investors and interested parties about the publication of the unaudited, consolidated, financial results for Q1 2022 –  attached to this current report, together with the Quarterly Report prepared according to Annex 13 of FSA Regulation no. 5/2018.

The report includes the Letter from the CEO, the activities of the two Divisions of the Group, Education and Technology, during the first quarter, as well as the presentation of the financial results in annualized perspective (TTM – trailing 12 months) in line with the long term vision on the Group’s results.

Key elements in Q1 2022:

• total revenues: RON 33.1 million, +64% vs Q1 2021
• gross margin: RON 6.49 million, +62% vs Q1 2021
• operating profit: RON -25 thousand, an improvement of 96% vs Q1 2021
