Bittnet Systems SA (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) informs the shareholders, analysts as well as all the capital market stakeholders about the change of date of the half-yearly analyst and investors meeting. The management decided to hold the conf-call one week earlier in order to align to the criteria for the VEKTOR assessment, which will be carried out later this year and that checks the best IR and corporate governance practices of the companies listed on the Main Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
\nThe call will take place on Tuesday, September 1st, 2020, at 11:00. The company will publish the financial results on Friday, August 28th, 2020, after the market closes. The call is open to all the analysts, shareholders as well as the potential investors. The company reserves the right to address the analysts questions first, in line with the schedule presented below.
