BITTNET SYSTEMS SA (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) informs the shareholders about the cancellation and lack of effects of the convening notice published on the BSE website and on the Company’s website on 19.12.2019 and in the \u201dBursa\u201d newspaper on 23.12.2019 and the transmission of a new convening notice in the form presented below for the same date (January 29, 2020) and with the same reference date, January 17, 2020. The changes come as a result of the conditions imposed by the Official Gazette of Romania for the publication of the convening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
