(hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d)&nbsp;announces that the 4<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;coupon payment for the Company\u2019s bond issue \u2013 dated 5<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;July 2018, symbol BNET23 \u2013 will be made on&nbsp;<strong>May 15<sup>th&nbsp;<\/sup>2019<\/strong>. &nbsp;The payment will be made through the Central Depository and Banca Transilvania \u2013 as The Paying Agent \u2013 to the bond holders registered in the Bond Holders Registry at the reference Date:&nbsp;<strong>May<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>10<sup>th<\/sup>&nbsp;2019<\/strong>.&nbsp;The interest will be paid via bank transfer directly to the accounts of all participants in the RoClear System, to the bondholders\u2019 bank accounts which were confirmed by the bondholders in the Subscription Form, or to the bank accounts which were notified to the Payment Agent by the bondholders. The interest rate is 9% per year and the interest amount is a gross of&nbsp;<strong>RON<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>2.2500 \/ bond<\/strong>. The Company\u2019s corporate bonds are tradeable on the Bonds-ATS Market, administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the BNET23 ticker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/CR2-current-report-engl-2019-BNET23.pdf\">CR2 current report \u2013 engl 2019 BNET23<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Bittnet Systems S.A.
