{"id":28248,"date":"2026-04-29T19:12:04","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T16:12:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/?p=28248"},"modified":"2026-05-08T14:17:00","modified_gmt":"2026-05-08T11:17:00","slug":"appointment-of-a-new-board-member","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/en\/appointment-of-a-new-board-member\/","title":{"rendered":"Appointment of a new Board member"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b><strong>BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.<\/strong><\/b><span>\u00a0<\/span>(referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d \/ \u201cIssuer\u201d \/ \u201cGroup\u201d) informs investors about the ending by agreement of the parties for the mandate of Mr. Anghel Lucian Claudiu as Board member, starting with 30.04.2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bittnet thanks Mr. Anghel for his involvement and valuable contribution over the last 6 years in which he held the position of Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, as well as for the support provided during the stages of the Issuer\u2019s development, in particular for his role in the transition process from the status of an issuer on the junior market, AeRO-SMT, to that of an issuer on the Regulated Market. Following the transfer to the main market, Mr. Anghel had a significant contribution to the development of the Company and the group of which it is a part, as well as to the consolidation of standards, internal policies and corporate governance practices.
