BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.<\/strong> (referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d \/ \u201cIssuer\u201d \/ \u201cGroup\u201d) informs the shareholders about the availability of electronic\/online voting, through the EVote platform, for the E& OGMS from 21.10.2025.<\/p>\n

Thus, BNET shareholders registered in the shareholders’ register kept by the Central Depository at 8thOctober 2025 (reference date) can exercise their voting right, proportional to their shareholding at the reference date.<\/p>\n

The voting process is open starting today, continuously and online, until the end of the meeting at the following link: https:\/\/bittnet.evote.ro\/login<\/a> .The username and password registered now for the newly created accounts will also can be used at future Bittnet GMS. Shareholders who already have an EVote account can use the previously set credentials.<\/p>\n
