The payment will be made through the Central Depository and the T2S system to bondholders registered on the reference date 16th June 2025 in the account of participants at the RoClear system. The interest rate is fixed at 9% per year and the coupon is in amount of EUR 2.25 gross\/bond.<\/p>\n<p>The bonds issued by BITTNET SYSTEMS SA are traded on the Main Market \u2013 Bucharest Stock Exchange, starting with 07.03.2023, under the symbol BNET26E.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/CR02-current-report-engl-2025-plata-cupon-10.pdf\">CR02 BNET26E \/ 03.06.2025<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.
