As in every year, the dates of the publication of the reports (semi-annual and quarterly financial reports) were chosen to coincide with the evening of the last working day of the week, so as to allow investors and interested parties the maximum time to read and analyse the information in reports, between the trading days.<\/p>\n

The date of the General Meeting of Shareholders (first convocation) was chosen during a business day (Monday) in order to provide the opportunity for the participation of as many shareholders as possible, in accordance with the Principles of Corporate Governance of Bucharest Stock Exchange. As in recent years, the General Meeting of Shareholders will be broadcast live via remote communication tools, and shareholders will be able to express their vote including by electronic means.<\/p>\n
