BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A. (referred to as the \u201cCompany\u201d \/ \u201cThe Issuer\u201d \/ \u201cThe Group\u201d) informs the investors that during the period 16th December 2024 \u2013 20th December 2024 none buybacks within BNET shares were carried out regarding the buyback program, approved by the EGMS Decision no. 04 from April 25th, 2024 and the Board of Directors Decision of August 06th, 2024.
\nThus, the total number of shares bought by the Issuer, from the beginning of the program to the present date, remains 4,000,000 BNET shares, a threshold reached at the end of week: 09-13 December 2024.<\/p>\n
