BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.<\/strong><\/b> (referred to as the “Company” \/ “Issuer”) informs about signing of a significant contract by TopTech SRL, company part of the Bittnet group. The contract is worth RON 8.77 million without VAT (approximately 10% of the individual turnover of 2023) and involves delivery and installation of storage equipments and other IT&C equipments. The client is a higher education institution from Romania and the development period is 12 months (until April 2025).<\/p>\n

At the same time, TopTech also signed the additional act for extending and supplementing the loan product contracted from BRD for financing of working capital and current activity. The ceiling product was increased from RON 3 million to RON 6 million and the period of use was extended by 12 months under conditions similar to the original agreement. The guarantee structure remained unchanged, assignment of receivables and mortgage on TopTech accounts opens at BRD.<\/p>\n

TopTech SRL is part of the Digital Infrastructure pillar of the Bittnet group, together with Dendrio Solutions, Dataware Consulting, Optimizor (formerly ITPrepared) and 2Net Computer.<\/p>\n
