Thus, the proposals received for the future Board of Directors of the Issuer, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ivylon Management SRL, a Romanian company based in Bucharest Sector 6, Drumul S\u0102RII, No. 45, (formerly no. 27), room 1, CUI 41260660, represented by Mr. Logof\u0103tu Mihai-Alexandru-Constantin (<a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/in\/mihailogo\">https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/in\/mihailogo<\/a> ) Romanian citizen domiciled in Bucharest. Ivylon Management through Mr. Mihai Logof\u0103tu currently holds the position of President of the Issuer&#8217;s Board of Directors, and Mr. Mihai Logof\u0103tu is one of the founders of the Issuer and General Manager since the establishment of the Company. The proposal was made by Mr. Logof\u0103tu Cristian as a current member of the Board of Directors.<\/li>\n<li>Mr. Constantinescu Gabriel-Claudiu (<a href=\"https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/in\/claudiuconstantinescu\">https:\/\/ro.linkedin.com\/in\/claudiuconstantinescu<\/a> ), Romanian citizen resident in Bucharest \u2013 candidate for the position of independent administrator.
