(referred to as the \u201cCompany\/\u201cIssuer\u201d\/\u201dGroup\u201d) informs the investors about the following errors (drafting errors) regarding the percentage values on the \u201cevolution\u201d column in the Quarterly Report Q3 2023 table, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>on page 7, table regarding \u201cOperational Result\u201d, on row 6 \u2013 \u201cCloud Services\u201d \u2013 the evolution presented in the table is expressed as \u201c9.2%\u201d. The correct value is \u201c-9.2%\u201d.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A similar error is recorded on page 11, in the \u201ctrailing twelve months\u201d table, as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>row 9 \u2013 \u201cOne-off result\u201d: the correct value is a negative one: \u201c-87.78%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 11 \u2013 \u201cExpenses with SOP\u201d \u2013 the correct value is \u201c-10.38%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 12 \u2013 \u201cM&amp;A pre-acquisition costs\u201d &#8211; the correct value is \u201c-63.63%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 13 \u2013 \u201cGain\/(loss) securities\u201d \u2013 the correct value is \u201c-67.90%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 14 \u2013 \u201cFinancial Income\u201d \u2013 the correct value is \u201c-190.47%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 16 \u2013 \u201cGross Profit\u201d &#8211; the correct value is \u201c-132.73%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 19 \u2013 \u201cTax\u201d \u2013 the correct value is \u201c-17.01%\u201d<\/li>\n<li>row 20 \u2013 \u201cNet Profit\u201d \u2013 the correct value is \u201c-72.70%\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The same type of error can be found in the table on page 24 \u2013 Financial results of the Cybersecurity business pillar \u2013 row \u201cCash and equivalents\u201d, column \u201cevolution\u201d, the correct percentage value being: \u201c-20.1%\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>On page 25 \u2013 at the Platforms &amp; software table, row \u201cOther revenues\u201d \u2013 the correct value on the column \u201cevolution\u201d is a negative one: \u201c-66.3%\u201d. The values presented in the columns related to 2022 and 2023 are correct, the drafting error refers to the lack of the \u201c-\u201c sign, which represents a percentage decrease in the case of the previously elements. The values are correct and remain unchanged, the only material errors being in at the percentage values, corrected by this current report. Also, the other information published in the Quarterly Report is correct and remains unchanged.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Quarterly-Report-3Q-2023-EN_corrected.pdf\">Q3 BNET Report<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.
