(hereinafter referred to as the &#8220;Company&#8221;) informs the investors that the 9th coupon payment for the Company\u2019s bond issue &#8211; dated 28th December 2018, symbol BNET23A &#8211; will be made on July 15th 2023. The payment will be made through the Central Depository and Banca Comerciala Romana \u2013 as The Paying Agent \u2013 to the bond holders registered in the Bond Holders Registry at the reference Date: July 03rd , 2023. The interest will be paid via bank transfer directly to the accounts of all participants in the RoClear System, to the bondholders\u2019 bank accounts which were confirmed by the bondholders in the Subscription Form, or to the bank accounts which were notified to the Payment Agent by the bondholders. The interest rate is 9% per year and the interest amount is a gross of RON 4.50 \/ bond. The Company\u2019s corporate bonds are tradeable on the Bonds-SMT Market, administered by the Bucharest Stock Exchange, starting with 18th February 2019 \u2013 under the BNET23A ticker.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/investors.bittnet.ro\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/CR01-current-report-engl-2023-BNET23A.pdf\">BNET23A &#8211; 9th coupon payment<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>BITTNET SYSTEMS S.A.
