(the &#8220;Company&#8221; \/ &#8220;Issuer&#8221;) informs the capital market about the successful closing of an offer, through private placement, of corporate bonds in accordance with EGMS Decisions no. 3 and no. 6 of 12.12.2022. BNET26E are corporate bonds, dematerialized, non-convertible, denominated in EUR, with a nominal value of EUR 100 each and with fixed interest rate of 9% per year.<br \/>\nThe maturity of the issue is 42 months (3.5 years). The intermediary of the offer was SSIF BRK Financial Group, which will further assist the Issuer in the process of listing the BNET26E bonds at the Bucharest Stock Exchange, after undertaking the necessary procedures and receiving all approvals from the FSA, BSE and the Central Depository.<br \/>\nBetween December 21st and 27th, 2022, 53 investors &#8211; individuals, legal entities and professional investors bought 20.596 BNET26E bonds. The amount raised following this bond sale offer is EUR 1,961,144. The annual coupon is 9% and will be paid quarterly through the systems of the Central Depository.
