(hereinafter referred to as \u201cCompany\u201d \/ \u201cIssuer\u201d) informs the Market on the allocation of free shares to the persons with management responsibilities within the Issuer&#8217;s group, according to the EGMS Decision no. 2 of April 27, 2021.<\/p>\n<p>The free shares were allocated in a ratio of 6 new BNET shares for every 10 held on the registration date, July 21, 2021, for the benefit of all the Issuer&#8217;s shareholders, and the payment date was July 22, 2021. The shares were charged to the trading accounts or to the global accounts in Section1.
