Bittnet Systems S.A. (hereinafter referred to as \u201cthe Company\u201d) informs the shareholders about the availability of the electronic voting platform – eVote through which BNET shareholders, registered in the shareholders\u2019 register on 13.11.2020, can exercise their right to vote on the items of the General Meetings Ordinary and Extraordinary from 26.11.2020.<\/p>\n

The voting process is open continuously, online, until the end of the GMS. The access is made to the following link by creating an account and the credentials registered now can be used at the future Bittnet GMS:<\/p>\n
