The delegation of a person (representing the Company) to sign the Administrator\u2019s Contract of Mandate. (proposal: Mr. Cristian-Ion Logofatu)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Approval of the Contract of Mandate for the CFO in amount of monthly gross wage: RON 2681. The delegation of a person (representing the Company) to sign the CFO\u2019s Contract of Mandate.
