BNET23A was the fourth corporate bonds issuance of Bittnet Group, second one carried out in 2018. BNET23A were the first issuance with the interest rate being payable on a half-yearly basis, following the feedback from the investors. The capital raised during this issuance fueled the acquisition of the IT&C Division of Crescendo International SRL to Dendrio Solutions, a Bittnet company. The transaction was completed on December 31st, 2018 and apart from the transfer of the IT&C equipment as well as all other assets that were needed to carry out the ongoing work, the deal also involved the transfer of 41 employees from Crescendo International to Dendrio.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
