Since listing on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange back in 2015, the company has distributed the accrued profits to shareholders, in the form of free shares, a process which is expected to continue in the following years.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the years, the following allocation ration has been proposed by the management and approved by shareholders:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The 2019 profit and the issue premiums from the previous capital increases with cash contributions were used for the allocation of free shares in a 7:10 proportion. Through this operation, the company increased its share capital from 12,724,984.70 RON to 21,632,474 RON.<\/li>\n<li>For the 2018 profits, the allocation ratio was 1:1. As a result, in 2019, the company increased its share capital with the sum of RON 5.523.320,50 by issuing \u200b55.233.205 new shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.<\/li>\n<li>For the 2017 profits, the allocation ratio was 3:5. As a result, in 2018, the company increased its share capital with the sum of RON 1.826.655,40 by issuing 18.266.554 new shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.<\/li>\n<li>For the 2016 profits amounting to RON 1,180 million, the allocation ratio was 1:1. As a result, in 2017, the company increased its share capital with the sum of RON 1.451.412,3 by issuing 14,514,123 new shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.<\/li>\n<li>For the 2015 profits amounting to RON 1,033 million, the allocation ratio was 2:1. As a result, in 2016, the company increased its share capital with the sum of RON 900,876.6 by issuing 9,008,766 new shares with a nominal value of RON 0.1 per share.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Dividends Bittnet Group has a stable dividend policy.
