BNET26E is the first issue of corporate bonds of the Bittnet group denominated in EUR. The issue consists of 20,596 registered, dematerialized, non-convertible, non-guaranteed bonds, with a nominal value of 100 EUR \/ bond and an annual interest of 9%, payable quarterly through the Central Depository and the T2S system.<\/p>\n

As part of the offer, 20,596 bonds were subscribed by 53 investors, individuals, legal and professional investors. The amount raised following this offer is 1,961,144 EUR.<\/p>\n

The capital raised was used to repay the principal of the BNET23C bond issue, as well as partially finance the acquisition of Dataware Consulting, an integrator of IT&C products and services that will join the Cloud & Infrastructure segment of the Technology Division of the Bittnet Group.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
