BNET27A<\/strong><\/h1>\n<\/div><\/div>

BNET27A is the first public offer of corporate bonds of the Bittnet group, designed to facilitate access to this type of investment \/ savings instrument, by opening it to any interested person and by any preferred method: through the broker or directly to the issuer.<\/p>\n

During the offer held between May 30 and June 21, 2023, interested parties had the opportunity to place and modify subscription orders in the price range of RON 96 – 104 \/ bond. Thus, 803 purchase orders were placed totaling 112,622 bonds with a total order value of RON 11,211,577. The issue price was set at RON 100, this being the level at which the overwhelming majority of purchase volumes were placed.<\/p>\n

According to the Prospectus, the offer was not supplemented, so the amount raised in this financing round is RON 5,000,000 lei and the allocation is pro-rata, the allocation index being 0.5799993040. The financing obtained will be used for repayments of issues due in 2023 and for new M&A projects in the pipeline.<\/p>\n

Similar to the other Bittnet bonds, BNET27A will be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
