Astfel, chiar dac\u0103 \u00een lunile de var\u0103 contractarea \u0219i implementarea de training-uri \u00eencetine\u0219te fa\u021b\u0103 de celelalte luni ale anului, am reu\u0219it s\u0103 securiz\u0103m o valoare a cifrei de afaceri (proiecte castigate &#8211; livrate sau care se aflau in proces de livrare la 30.09 &#8211; CLOSED WON) de aproximativ 18 mil. RON, o cre\u0219tere semnificativ\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 de anul trecut.<\/p>\n<p>Tot \u00een acest trimestru ne-am concentrat eforturile \u00een a completa pozi\u021biile vacante \u00een structura organiza\u021bional\u0103 a diviziei. Prin activitatea continu\u0103 de men\u021binere la zi a con\u021binutului de pe website, prin ac\u021biuni continue de SEO \u0219i promovare Pay-Per-Click, prin campanii de produs dedicate vendorilor din portofoliu, echipa a generat 117 MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) dintre care 57 din ele (48%) au fost calificate (SQL) \u0219i au fost transferate \u00een echipa de Business Development.<\/p>\n<p>Am atras peste 23.100 vizite pe site-urile proiectelor din Bittnet Training \u0219i peste 986.000 afi\u0219\u0103ri de reclame pl\u0103tite \u00een mediul online.<\/p>\n<p>Am continuat cu promovarea materialelor din campaniile IT Evolve Toolkit, respectiv Security Learning Toolkit care au avut ca scop oferirea de con\u021binut relevant \u0219i de actualitate c\u0103tre IT manageri, IT specialists sau HR Managers si Business Owners pe care echipele noastre \u00eei targeteaz\u0103. De asemenea, am dezvoltat o serie de materiale ample care au dat contur campaniei AWS Game Changer, dedicata celor care au nevoie sa se familiarizeze cu cele mai populare servicii Amazon Web Services. Din perspectiva securitatii am rulat o campanie de awareness pe subiectul Certified Ethical Hacker.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"pb27\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-pb27\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Human Skills<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-pb27\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>In trimestrul 3 ne-am concentrat pe demararea campaniilor de cre\u0219tere a vizibilit\u0103\u021bii brandului Equatorial \u0219i pe finalizarea bro\u0219urii de prezentare a programului de leadership (produsul bazat pe studiul de pia\u021b\u0103 \u201dLearner Persona al liderului de echip\u0103 din tehnologie\u201d), precum \u0219i a website-ului companiei.<\/p>\n<p>Eforturile de PR au fost amplificate prin dou\u0103 noi comunicate de pres\u0103, precum \u0219i printr-un interviu, activit\u0103\u021bi preluate de peste 30 de publica\u021bii online. De asemenea, am continuat seria de discu\u021bii \u00een cadrul F5 Podcast cu dou\u0103 noi edi\u021bii, pentru a r\u0103m\u00e2ne \u00een contact cu priorit\u0103\u021bile \u0219i provoc\u0103rile managerilor seniori din organiza\u021biile de tehnologie.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"fac9\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-fac9\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Product Team Tech Skills<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-fac9\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Echipa s-a concentrat pe campanii de awareness \u0219i generare de lead-uri prin dezvoltarea de con\u021binut. Campaniile de awareness rulate \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 (IT Security Toolkit, IT Evolve Toolkit \u0219i AWS Game Changer) au generat un numar total de 2981 vizite pe landing page-uri si 238 download\u0103ri de resurse educative.<\/p>\n<p>Departamentul a lucrat \u00eendeaproape cu vendorul AWS \u0219i gra\u021bie \u00eent\u0103ririi rela\u021biei cu acesta am fost ale\u0219i s\u0103 facem parte din programul pilot de finan\u021bare integral\u0103 cursuri. \u00cen acela\u0219i timp continu\u0103m programele de co-finan\u021bare at\u00e2t cu AWS c\u00e2t \u0219i cu Microsoft, prin care vendorii \u00eemping cursurile de cloud c\u0103tre diver\u0219i parteneri \u0219i clien\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>Tot \u00een aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103, departamentul a lucrat la extinderea numarului de clien\u021bi pentru cursurile Cisco, prin dezvoltarea unui curs custom, ce poate fi livrat la nivel global \u0219i care pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 reach-ul extins \u00een materie de clien\u021bi ne va plasa \u00eentr-un grup rest\u00e2ns de authorised learning partners ai Cisco ce pot oferi astfel de cursuri.<\/p>\n<p>Colaborarea str\u00e2ns\u0103 cu Cisco s-a fructificat \u0219i prin reincluderea \u00een programul de CLC (Cisco Learning Credits), prin care putem accepta ca \u0219i metod\u0103 de plat\u0103 pentru cursuri voucherele CLC, pe care ulterior le decont\u0103m la vendor. Exista un numar limitat de parteneri la nivel global care sunt inclusi in acest program.<\/p>\n<p>Conform strategiei de \u00eent\u0103rire \u0219i extindere a modelului de business, departamentul a lucrat la crearea unui studio video \u0219i la setarea unui plan de con\u021binut pertinent, ambele constituind pilonii de pornire pentru platforma video ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi dezvoltat\u0103 ulterior.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"icaa\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-icaa\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Demand generation<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-icaa\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>In trimestrul 3 al anului 2022, echipa Demand Generation a completat activ campaniile echipei de marketing prin gestiunea leadurilor de inbound si generare de leaduri de outbound pentru divizia de Educatie. In aceasta perioada au fost generate si transformate in oportunitati de business 84 SQL (Sales Qualified Leads): 27 au fost create de echipa Outbound, iar restul de 57 de echipa Inbound. Daca raportam la perioada similara a anului precedent, in Q3 2022 a fost livrat un numar aproape dublu de oportunitati in Outbound si cu 10% mai mult fata de aceeasi perioada a anului trecut in Inbound.<\/p>\n<p>Aceste rezultate confirma masurile implementate la inceputul anului de targetare a industriei IT si in paralel datorita rezultatelor din campaniile de Marketing implementate pe parcursul anului.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru trimestrul 4 al anului 2022, echipa Demand Generation isi va pastra focusul in verticala stabilita (pentru zona de Outbound) si va aborda leadurile informationale venite in urma campaniilor de Marketing in desfasurare (pentru zona de Inbound), avand ca obiectiv principal atingerea tintei propuse pentru anul in curs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-separator size_small\"><\/div><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_1f257949\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p><strong>Business Development<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs style_default switch_click accordion has_scrolling\" style=\"--sections-title-size:inherit\"><div class=\"w-tabs-sections titles-align_none icon_chevron cpos_right\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"k3eb\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-k3eb\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Bittnet Training team<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-k3eb\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>La finalul trimestrului 3 am reusit s\u0103 securiz\u0103m contracte \u00een valoare de 16,5 mil. RON (CLOSED WON), ceea ce reprezinta un procent de 77% din obiectivul pe care ni l-am asumat pentru acest an. Aceasta cifra a putut fi realizata prin inchiderea a 521 oportunitati si colaborarea cu 81 de clienti activi.<\/p>\n<p>In ceea ce priveste orchestrarea proiectele desfasurate in trimestrul 3, am continuat livrarea proiectelor pe fonduri europene si a proiectelor educationale din sectorul public, numarul de cursanti doar in aceste proiecte fiind de peste 450.<\/p>\n<p>Cifra realizat\u0103 in acest trimestru a fost de aproximativ 4 mil. RON, din aproximativ 160 de oportunitati. Prin comparatie, in aceeasi perioada a anului 2021 a fost realizata o cifra de 2,5 mil. RON din 119 oportunitati.<\/p>\n<p>In ultimul trimestru din an ne vom concentra sa finalizam cu success proiectele pe care le avem in desfasurare, sa construim strategia pe care o vom aborda cu clientii in anul 2023 si sa construim planurile de actiune pentru portofoliile administrate de fiecare BDM in parte.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"g5c7\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-g5c7\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Equatorial team<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-g5c7\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>La finalul trimestrului trei, \u00een Equatorial au fost c\u00e2\u0219tigate proiecte \u00een valoare de aproximativ 1,7M RON (CLOSED WON), iar de la \u00eenceputul anului \u0219i p\u00e2n\u0103 la 30 septembrie, programele de training human &amp; leadership skills ale Equatorial au \u00eensumat 150 de sesiuni si peste 650 de participan\u021bi.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen plus, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu septembrie, avem un rol nou de Team Leader al echipei de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri \u0219i un membru nou care ni s-a al\u0103turat pentru a sus\u021bine \u0219i a consolida activit\u0103\u021bile de v\u00e2nz\u0103ri.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"p832\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-p832\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">The e-Learning Company team<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-p832\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Trimestrul al treilea al anului 2022 a fost o continuare a trendului din primele 6 luni: o cifr\u0103 de afaceri mai mare dec\u00e2t \u00een perioada similar\u0103 a anului 2021 \u0219i, de asemenea, un profit \u00een cre\u0219tere, marja fiind aproape identic\u0103 (in usoara crestere).<\/p>\n<p>Astfel, \u00een primele 9 luni am c\u00e2\u0219tigat contracte \u00een valoare de 2,25 mil. RON, iar profitului a urcat p\u00e2n\u0103 la 510 mii RON. Aceste rezultate vin \u00een contextul \u00een care, pentru o parte dintre clien\u021bii care au decis s\u0103 re\u00eennoiasc\u0103 contractele scadente \u00een septembrie, \u00eenc\u0103 nu s-au emis toate facturile, aceasta urm\u00e2nd a fi emise p\u00e2n\u0103 la finalul anului.<\/p>\n<p>Am avansat cu planul de regionalizare a unor cursuri \u00een alte limbi, avem primele module \u00een limba bulgar\u0103 \u0219i discu\u021bii avansate cu clien\u021bi din Bulgaria. La nivelul echipei de marketing, avem un nou coleg \u0219i anticip\u0103m c\u0103 noul site \u0219i noua identitate vizual\u0103 vor fi disponibile a\u0219a cum am planificat.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimele 3 luni ale anului 2022:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>vom demara un proiect pilot cu o entitate din sectorul public \u0219i ne vom adresa unui num\u0103r semnificativ de cursan\u021bi;<\/li>\n<li>a\u0219tept\u0103m finalizarea discu\u021biilor pentru dou\u0103 acorduri importante \u00een zona corporate;<\/li>\n<li>vom derula o serie de activit\u0103\u021bi de prezentare pentru un client care are o activitate global\u0103 foarte important\u0103 \u0219i unde a\u0219tept\u0103m un rezultat pozitiv \u00een prima partea a anului 2023;<\/li>\n<li>avem stabilite prezent\u0103ri pentru parteneriate importante at\u00e2t \u00een Rom\u00e2nia c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een \u021b\u0103ri din regiune;<\/li>\n<li>demar\u0103m o campanie de promovare prin care s\u0103 facem cunoscute serviciile noastre e-learning pentru multe dintre companiile din top 500 din Rom\u00e2nia cu care nu avem contacte.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"ia23\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-ia23\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Training Delivery<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-ia23\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Cel de-al treilea trimestru al anului 2022 a adus echipei de Training Delivery o serie de satisfactii prin implementarea unor proiecte de anvergura. In aceasta perioada, am conturat programul Academia de Traineri care are ca scop atragerea de noi profesionisti in domeniul livrarii de training si perfectionarea abilitatilor de sustinere a cursurilor precum capacitati umane de relationare, comunicare si explicare a conceptelor tehnice, pentru a fi cu usurinta puse in practica de cursanti. Unul dintre scopurile esentiale ale Academiei de traineri este implementarea unui traseu uniform de invatare si dezvoltare a tranerilor Bittnet si implicit o rata de succes crescuta a cursurilor livrate.<\/p>\n<p>Am livrat 125 de clase la care au participat 1380 cursanti, comparativ cu anul 2021 cand am organizat doar 64 clase cu un total de 581 cursanti fapt ce se concluzioneaza intr-o dublare a numarului de clase fata de anul precedent si o crestere de 237% a numarului de cursanti.<\/p>\n<p>In paralel cu aceste proiecte, echipa Training Delivery, cu sprijinul echipelor tehnice, a lucrat constant la reamenajarea salilor de curs ce au fost aduse la cel mai inalt nivel de performanta, acestea fiind in prezent pregatite pentru cursuri in format blended pentru a crea o experienta unica in procesul de invatare pentru adulti. Microfoanele ce capteaza sunetul din orice colt al clasei, sau tabla inteligenta ce poate fi urmarita in timp real de cursantul de acasa, sunt doar cateva dintre ideile ingenioase care se numara printre echipamentele de ultima generatie puse in functiune de echipele noastre.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section\" id=\"mc08\"><button class=\"w-tabs-section-header\" aria-controls=\"content-mc08\" aria-expanded=\"false\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-title\">Customer Success<\/div><div class=\"w-tabs-section-control\"><\/div><\/button><div  class=\"w-tabs-section-content\" id=\"content-mc08\"><div class=\"w-tabs-section-content-h i-cf\"><div class=\"wpb_text_column us_custom_432d3f53\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Echipa de Customer Success si-a schimbat managementul si si-a completat colectivul cu 2 persoane angajate part-time pentru a oferi o experienta mai buna clientilor. Rolul noilor colegi este de a reveni dupa curs cat mai rapid cu toata documentatia necesara pentru inchiderea proiectelor castigate prin licitatii. Ne-am definitivat modul de lucru intern si folosim o procedura standard de on-boarding pentru noii clienti.<\/p>\n<p>Am obtinut feedback de la peste 150 de participanti la clase inchise si am trimis peste 25 de rapoarte care centralizeaza aceste feedbackuri catre clienti impreuna cu recomandarile instructorilor. \u00cen urma feedbackurilor primite, am \u00een\u021beles c\u0103 participan\u021bii la cursuri aprecieaz\u0103 calitatea trainerilor si cursurile hands-on.
